Magnolia Christmas gifts

The sentiment inside the card says, "this Christmas the best gift of all............ Is your friendship". I thought it was fitting to go with this image from Magnolia. The tree is also from magnolia. Did I mention in any other posts an addiction?!!! LOL, someone needs to stop me!! I am so wanting some from the valentine line as well. TFL

May Peace and Happiness be yours Magnolia card

So I spent last night coloring some images that i just received in the mail yesterday. She is so cute holding her heart ornament. I thought it would look good on a background of ornaments from my cuttlebug embossing folder. The ribbon is some small double sided ribbon I got from M's. I love grabbing my ribbon now and right after Christmas. Love to pay 60-75% off!!!! Though I have bought a lot new this year, I never paid full price. LOL, I only paid 50%!!!
The inside of the card says "throughout this sacred season". The sentiment on this and all my cards have been from a holiday sentiment set I got from CTMH.
The frame is an older holiday frame from SEI. I have been pulling out older Christmas papers and using them up!!!

Just one more Magnolia card!

Another card last night, but with the Magnolia image I just love. Ok, I love them all!!! Same sentiment, it just seems to go with these little girls all bundled in their coats!!! This ribbon is from Michaels Christmas ribbon. I distressed the edges of the snowflake paper. Thanks so much for stopping by.

another wiff of joy card

Last night I spent the evening in my scrap room making cards. This is the same image as the last. So far this is my only whiff of joy stamp. i am sure there will be more. I ran the nestabilitie shape through my cuttlebug in the snowflake folder. Again ribbon and sentiment is from
CTMH. I also added 3 little pearls under the sentiment. Thanks for looking.

Whiff of Joy Christmas Card

Some of my girlfriends don't LOVE magnolia stamps which most of my Christmas cards are!!! I just can't figure out why, something to do with no mouths!! LOL. Maybe that is part of why I love them!
So I inked up my hot cocoa Whiff of Joy stamp. I just love her. I used my nestabilities for the large tag and ran it through sideways for the dots. The ribbon and sentiment are from CTMH. On the inside it says....."warm your Heart all year long"
And of course I colored her with my copic markers. How many addictions can one girl have?!!!

Another Magnolia Christmas card.

On this Christmas card I used twinkling h20's for the first time on the tag and to make the window glow. I also used Martha Stewarts large glitters on the eves of the house and on the snowflakes in the background. Again, I just love this magnolia stamp and the house is also from there!

Magnolia Christmas

I have been working on more Christmas Cards. I just love this Magnolia image. I think she is my favorite. (For now anyways!! LOL)
I used my new nestabilities oval and rectangle as well as my cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. The snowflake ribbon is from Wallys. I have also been using my sewing machine on these. I am excited to send out my creations this year! My family is very proud of our Swedish heritage and these awesome stamps are a product of Sweden. Thanks for looking.

Blog candy @ megastamper

Do you blog hop? I find myself blog hopping daily trying to find the best paper crafting artists out there to draw inspiration from. This morning I found this site with wonderful Magnolia creations. In case you can't tell this is one of my fave stamp companies. It took me months to find a store in the US to order from and since then have placed 4 orders!!! Can we say serious addiction!!!
So Bea from http://www.megastamper.blogspot.com/ is giving away blog candy from Magnolia. How fun would that be to receive some of this for free!!!
As some of you know I have a Swedish heritage from my fathers side of the family. I am very drawn to know more and more about this place that my father's father is from. And I think that is part of why I love these stamps that have come out of Sweden.
Follow the link in this post to sign up for Beas blog candy through the 13th of December, Lucia Day.

My granddaughter Peighton is so photogenic. Her mommy Dani snapped this photo outside about a month ago. We have had beautiful weather here this fall. Not the cold and rain that we are used to. Makes for some beautiful fall pictures.

The ribbon is this awesome pack I got from Walmart. I again embossed with the snowflakes folder with my cuttlebug. Colored in with my copics.
So count the addictions....... copics, magnolia stamps, cuttlebug folders, ribbon............ too many!!!!

My Kiah Baby

I love this picture of Kiah with her big blue eyes. When Peighton was learning to say Baby Kiah, she always said, "my Kiah my Baby". Right now every one of her babies are named Kiah. And she always tells everyone about her friend Kiah. Her other friends are "Lexi and Danka". She really misses her cousins since they moved to California!!!

Another Magnolia Christmas card.

Another Christmas card with this Magnolia image. I got this tree from the Magnolia-licious website. They have awesome customer service. Colored it with my copics. the sentiment and cardstock is from CTMH. I also used my cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. I have learned a couple of diff ways to do the shading on these images. Thanks for taking a look.

OK, I am addicted!! My new addiction is these Magnolia images.
This Christmas Card uses all CTMH papers. The sentiment is CTMH and the inside says............."Warm your heart all year long..."
I used both Tria and Copic markers to color her. The background is embossed with my cuttlebug and the snowflake embossing folder.
The ribbon is from Wallys. Can't wait to receive my copics I ordered so I can play a little more with the blending!!

My first Magnolia card

This may be my first but it won't be my last!!!
I was so excited to find a US supplier of these adorable stamps. I think part of the reason I love them so much is my Swedish heritage. The background stamp that I ordered was out of stock so I had to make do. I found this little cottage on my cricut cartridge, Christmas cheer. Hard to tell, but the dots on the tree are white and red and glittery and I used a gold stickles for the top of the tree. I also used my few copics for this image. Really am hoping to get a few more soon. The website for ordering is on the side of my blog, magnolia-licious. A great site to order from with great customer service.

Birthday card for Dad

This is a simple card that I made for my dad. He will be 71 this weekend. Didn't want to add any ribbon, too feminine for him. This image just reminded me of him because as long as I can remember my dad loved to have a bowl of ice cream at night as a snack. I love this house mouse stamped image that my friend Guylou sent to me. The pink in the cheeks looks much brighter on here than irl. I used my fiskars threading water punch along the edge, the background paper is from a DCWV pack and the other cardstock is CTMH. I hope he likes it. He will like what is inside it as it is some pics of my granddaughters, his great-granddaughters!!! Thanks for stopping by to look.

Dani and Jon took the 3 girls to the pumpkin patch last weekend. They had so much fun. They each picked out a pumpkin to carve. We have Danika's masterpeice out front on our porch!! They took a hayride to the field and went through a hay bail maze!!!

It is hygiene appreciation week, so i got to pull out my dentabella and make a simple card for our hygienist Kathy!
I got the Thanks sentiment in a image swap so am unsure who made it. All the papers are CTMH cardstock. American crafts ribbon, dentabella by stampingbella, cuttlebug embossing folder by cuttlebug, and colored with copic markers. Love these things!!

This last weekend my granddaughter Peighton and her 2nd cousins went to the pumpkin patch and then brought their pumpkins over to carve. The pumpkins probably weighed more than the little girls!!

Blue Eyed Beauty

My granddaughter Kiah has the most beautiful Blue eyes. They are a gorgeous color and they are so big!!! I had to showcase them in a layout. The papers are all from CTMH as well as the ink and the flourish background stamp. Also the white flours are CTMH big blossoms.

Cherish

In June we took our whole family to the Oregon coast and rented a house. The weather was some of the most beautiful weather we have seen there. Usually there is so much wind on the beach that you can't stay for long. The Oregon Coastal water is so cold. I took so many pictures the week we were there. Our daughter Danelle, her husband Jon and their daughter Peighton, our son REO, his wife Charissa and their daughter Kiah, our daughter Katie and her boyfriend Adam had a wonderful time fishing, playing on the beach and in the water. This layout is one of my alltime favorite layouts. I have it framed and hanging on my scrapbook room wall. It is the only 8X10 I have scrapped. It is Peighton looking up at her Papa. Such a precious photo. Thanks for looking.

I used some paper from Fancy Pants. The swirl is cut with my cricut. The letters I received in a swap. I think they were cut with the sizzix. I got the quote from scrapbook.com.

House Mouse coffee card.

I got this awesome house mouse stamped image from a dear friend Guylou. Had to use my inkadinkadoo Coffee sentiment with it!!! I used my swiss dot embossing folder with the cuttlebug and cocoa paper by CTMH. It is much more brown irl. The other papers are CTMH twilight and grey. The ribbon is American Crafts. Will save this card for a friend and pop a coffee card in it. Thanks for looking.

Bella cards and box

This set of cards was created after reading one of my favorite bloggers sites. It is KiyomiKrafts. She is an amazing talented lady. These cards are made with different stampingbella stamps. They are colored with tria and copic markers. The box was made with CTMH cardstock and the gorgeous printed paper is some of my favorite from DCWV. I also made some little envelopes for each card. But so far have not given this gift set away!!!

Super Bella

So, I thought this would be a good card for my very first post. This is the super bella from stampingbella. I colored her in pinks using my tria markers and a pale pink copic that I use for flesh. The sentiment is actually one that I got in a swap with my group of friends at scrapbook.com. One of my best friends was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and I thought this was fitting for her. The pink cardstock is by DCWV and the ribbon is Martha Stewart. The card is 6X6 in size. Thanks for looking.

1st ever blog

So I thought I would join the ever growing list of crafting bloggers. You can find me browsing different bloggers daily. I have some faves that I check out regularly. I also thought this would be a good place to showcase my CTMH business. I use so many different supplies, but I love the products in this company. Thanks for looking.
